ABOUT VIETNAM
Vietnam is a dignified and beautiful country that manages to preserve its rich civilization and highly cultured society despite its ongoing economic liberalization and the pressures of rapid development. The Vietnamese are among the world’s most literate people and their contemporary art is attracting the attention of collectors around the world. They have a colourful and eclectic spectrum of performing arts that keep the stories of their gods and ancient heroes vibrant and alive.

Visitors to Vietnam are overwhelmed by the sublime beauty of the country's natural setting: the Red River Delta in the north, the Mekong Delta in the south and almost the entire coastal strip is a patchwork of brilliant green rice paddies tended by women in conical hats. Beautiful beaches stretch along the coast into the China Sea, while inland soaring mountains are cloaked by dense, misty forests.
HOI AN
Hoi An is a small, charming, city on the coast of the South China Sea in Central Vietnam. It is an exceptionally well preserved example of a South East Asian trading port dating from the 15th to the 19th century. Its fascinating buildings and quaint street plan reflect many historical influences, both indigenous and foreign, that have combined to create this unique UNESCO heritage site. With its beautifully restored houses, shops, markets and public buildings, Hoi An is a photographer’s dream and a popular destination and attraction in itself.
HUE
Hue is located in Thua Thien prefecture, in the central part of Vietnam. It has always been considered the fulcrum of Vietnam's two rice baskets, the Red River delta and the Mekong delta and has become the name of Vietnam's most well known ancient capital. Since the 16th century, due to its strategic location, Hue has been a very prosperous area and rose to prominence as the capital of the Nguyen Lords, a feudal dynasty dominating much of Southern Vietnam from the 17th to 19th century. Hue is perhaps best known for its historic monuments, which have earned it a place in the UNESCO's World Heritage Site.
